Get Continuing Education Credit
The Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education (AFCPE) has approved this program for 5.0 credit hours. Upon completion of the course, attendees need to complete the Participation Verification Form (https://www.afcpe.org/secure/ceu_participation_verification.html). At that time, CEU credit will be given to participating individuals.

The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Board has approved this program for 5 continuing education credits. Details on reporting these credits will be made available at the event.

GIC is delighted to present François-Xavier Chevallier with the Global Citizen Award.
Mr. Chevallier was born in Paris on April 27, 1946. He graduated from HEC Paris in 1969 and earned his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago in 1973. From 1973 to 1977, Mr. Chevallier was an international equity manager with Caisse des Dépôts Paris. In 1999, Mr. Chevallier became chief strategist at BNP Paribas AM. He was chief investment strategist with CM-CIC Securities from 2001 to 2007, prior to founding Alpha Mining, an independent consulting firm specialised in sector rotation. Since early 2013, Mr. Chevallier is an economics consultant for various AM firms, working alternatively from Brittany and Corsica. He is married and has two children.
